I get this question a lot. Parents want to know whether contact lenses are safe for their child. It makes sense. A parent’s job is to protect their kids. And as an optometrist, my job is to educate my patients. That’s why I’ve put together an infographic to answer some of the most common questions I get about kids wearing contact lenses.

Dr. Sara Whitney graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Rockford College in Rockford, IL and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.
